IMPROVEMENT
If you are really willing to compete with companies that are dominant in the market you must improve the technical support, customer support system, easy interface and with quick support from your service agents. Most important of all you must focus more on the location because even after entering the right location the delivery guy delivered the food somewhere and was blaming me that I am lying about it. Please improve. I am really a foodie person I waited for 3 hrs just to get food from your platform and try your service.

Placed order for self pick up from wow momos but the store refused for the order. Neither received the refund. Worst experience

i ordered a burger from burger king . 25 miniutes later i called the delivery guy, firstly he was asking me from which company I ordered then his location was switching like anything like it was jumping on the map, then after some time i was assigned some other delivery guy when i called him he said the order was taken away by the first guy then i called burger king they said we dont know the name of the person who took your order and he didn't gave any kind of info about the order and he hung up on me then the second guy called and he was asking me to complain to the customer care about this, I asked him his name he was continiously saying see the name in the app in the app then he said i am cancelling your order you do the same I mean what was that , they all are together in this scam both the delivery guys and the cafe also they waisted my 1.5 hours in the PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS APP
