## MagIQtouch Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Couldn’t login"
Stuck at connecting to system
-- Cc Xiang, 2025-02-01

### *---- "Defiantly an afterthought.."
App is clunky, decides when it wants to work, is slow and is missing very basic functionality compared to competitors. The API is unstable and will not reconnect to the Air Con after it drops the wifi (and reconnects of course).
There is a lot of room for improvement.
-- da_wheel, 2025-01-10

### *---- "Not effective"
It always logs me out or says it’s unable to connect, try again. Then I try again and it still doesn’t work for days on end. Wish this was fixed!
-- Bianca.094, 2024-09-10

### ***-- "Wont connect to the controller after extended period"
Wont connect to the controller unless standing next to it. If more than a few hours it wont connect at all
-- Rocket620, 2024-07-13

### *---- "No support for multiple units"
This app doesn't support multiple units!
If you have a heater upstairs and a seperate heater downstairs, you have to sign out of one and then sign in to the other. Very anoying!!!!
I have been waiting years for the app to be updated to support multiple units
-- Handyman Dan24, 2024-06-30

### ****- "Not connecting - fixed in update."
Have to remove app & reinstall to use after latest upgrade. Please fix.
Thank you. Now working well.
-- Glenise, 2024-06-03

### *---- "Unable to link account with Amazon Alexa"
No longer able to link account with Amazon Alexa since the new version of Alexa app.
Alexa keeps saying to update app to enable skill.
-- Zopmczop, 2024-05-30

### **--- "Really rubbish software"
This app and the actual fixed controller need to be reprogrammed. It’s a terrible user interface reminiscent of something from 20 years ago.
-- omercounter, 2024-05-25

### *---- "Not Connecting"
What a useless system. Have to uninstall & re-install to use doesn’t connect. So if I forget and leave the house, the system has to run the entire time I’m away. Fix this otherwise useless app
-- Sisi Cold, 2024-05-12

### *---- "Doesn’t work since update"
Updated app and it signs you out.

When trying to sign back in, presenter with error saying “missing required parameter USERNAME”.

It’s not empty, it’s there, and if you try to register again it says “email in use”

How did you pass this?!?
