extremely disappointed with my experience with Mahaana I requested withdrawals, and it has now been more than 15 days, but I still have not received the amount in my bank account
What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication. Every time! contacted the support team, I was told that the Operations Team would provide an update shortly, but no meaningful update was ever provided
I was also recently assured that I would receive an update on a specific day. but even that promised update was not provided. After repeatedly following up.
I am still waiting for a clear explanation and a proper timeline for when my money will actually be credited.
I understand that technical or banking
Issues can happen, but keeping a customer waiting for this long without clear communication is extremely disappointing. sincerely hope Mahaana resolves this issue and improves its withdrawal and customer-support process.

I initiated a withdrawal request through Mahaana on 23rd June and I still have not received my money. What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper customer support. Getting a clear response or meaningful update has been extremely difficult.
This is not the kind of service I expected from an investment platform. Delayed withdrawals are concerning, and the poor customer service makes the situation even worse. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Mahaana until they improve their withdrawal process and customer support.

It’s been 5 days since I processed my withdrawal..I have been texting them, and they also said that I would get it yesterday, but they didn’t send the payment to my bank account. Since then, they have been continuously ignoring my messages and emails. Your money is not safe with them… such careless and concerning behaviour they are showing.

Do not use it, pathetic app and there system. Poor customer service, they stole my Rs.25000. I deposited it but its never shown on the app its been 6 days and there is no sign of my money. I emailed them alot of times but no reply on it even. Poor customer service aswell. Highly not recommended.
