App not working
Always getting error message while loging that “Something not working”
Terrible App
Undoubtedly the worst app amongst the nbfc apps. It is notoriously slow; keeps flashing the message ‘something went wrong’ irrespective of menu choice; and doesn’t allow you to get anything done. Design is atrocious- hardly intuitive. Must have been designed by a novice, and from the looks of it the administrator of the app is as shoddy as his app. Rotten!
Waste of memory space
Useless for a customer to know about details of his loan status

Worst application service I ever seen. We won’t get real time updates. I don’t want to give even 1 star also. This app won’t deserve 1 star
Horrible Experience
Loan No 9463366 You guys failed to activate NACH by my 1st EMI date and I have been charged with late fees and top of that this late payment will reflect in my CIBIL which is unacceptable. This is not fair at all. What is it fault in this?
