I’ve been a loyal player for years. Love this game however as you advance, levels become impossible to pass without multiple boosters which are hard earned then cost money. Feedback on their game pages is ignored. Emails re: glitches are ignored. (Bonus coins not given when earned). Going to finally give this game up

Don’t ever spend real money to buy boosts or coins because this app does NOT have a confirmation button and when your time runs out, a pop up, pops up RIGHT in your game play area. Many times that pop up has popped up RIGHT where I was making a match and I’ve wasted coins.  Another reason to not spend real money on boosters etc, is because the game frequently goes to an ad just as you start the level. By the time you’ve had to endure yet another stupid ad (most of them do t have the option to skip) by the time you have access to your level, the game is already giving you a hint because it assumed you didn’t see a match. Those ads that interrupt game play end up taking at least a minute or more of your game play and any booster you may have applied to the level feels like a waste of a booster.

I'm ok with the app shutting down randomly, and have been willing to put up with the annoying long ads because the game is really challenging and fun. However, now it is frozen and I can't play it at all. I hope that they are working on some fixes.

Now after this latest update in December 2020, it won't respond when I tap many of the tiles that are eligible for removal. Sooooo frustrating.
