Finally! Been looking for something like this for ages! The standard apps from the doctors are horrible like “myindici” and “manage my health” so I am hopeful this app can deliver a better alternative! And we are off to great start! I understand this app has just launched but there is just a couple of things I’ve found so far that could do with some improvements. Firstly this app needs to have 2FA seeing as it’s handling health records, Preferably an authentication app for premium security. The other issues are with the filing system. Being able create a folder in other folders would be be super useful and help with organising. Also being able to rename documents definitely need to happen as sometimes things just need another name. I also noticed that when I upload multiple documents at the time, it will group them together so I am unable to move these to others folders. I ending up having to delete everything and things one by one which is a wee bit time consuming.
