## Mail Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t work and no support"
App won’t accept my credentials, and the support email address comes back undeliverable.
-- JBRitter, 2024-07-09

### *---- "This app"
Horrible. Don’t waste your money.
-- DarneliousBlack, 2023-04-21

### *---- "Bad app"
This app does not work, don’t waste your time and money
-- Msjorhfj de, 2023-03-24

### ***** "Great"
Great
-- Hamad hhffn, 2022-08-28

### *---- "Stopped working …"
I loved this app for the past 9-10 years but than all od a sudden- 10 days ago it stopped working and i have no clue how to contact customer service. I think i paid $5 for this app 10 yrs ago. It was a great up- until it wasn’t.
-- M1864, 2022-08-08

### ****- "Background contrast"
Whenever I open a pdf from an email it is bordered in white. The commands for “back” or anything in the banner of the screen are also white. It’s kind of like just peck the top left of the screen until find something.
-- Screen contrast, 2022-05-10

### ****- "Still has bugs on iOS 14.7.1"
1) New bug: When I send e-mails (reply or original), I sometimes get a blank e-mail in my in-box at the same time: blank to: and blank subject.
2) Old bug: Sometimes when forwarding or replying to e-mails, the original message will be randomly truncated, deleting 1 or more lines of text. This is of particular concern because often, the reader can't tell there has been a deletion, and the deleted text is essential -- e.g., a date & time or a location.
3) Annoying bug: The "search" function will only allow searching by name; none of the other tabs respond when you try to select them.
4) Mystifying bug: The app can't locate, in any of the address books, e-mail groups you've created.
-- batchiri, 2021-08-18

### ****- "Great app…but"
It’s terrific that this app is still around; however, it still needs some aesthetic updates to keep up with the current versions of iOS and Android. The layout is reminiscent of the earlier iPhones.

On another note, I am not sure if I did something wrong, but my in-app calendar is not syncing with my iPhone’s calendar.
-- Pasta Alfredo, 2021-07-06

### ***-- "Attachments"
It’s not possible to attach any file to mails. Whenever I try to attach a photo to an email, the app crashes.
-- Michael Nangca, 2021-06-01

### *---- "Major delays."
Horrible app. Emails that I sent back in NOVEMBER were just sent out today.
-- Epolanco129, 2021-04-16
