## Mail Description
Mail-it Now makes sending postal mail quick and easy. No printing, envelopes or stamps required. Mail letters, contracts, clippings or digital drawings with just a tap. Select PDF documents from your Files app or iCloud Drive. Or use the share button from scanning, office or design apps to send your document to the Mail-It Now app. Click2Mail prints and mails your document the next business day--for not much more than the cost of a stamp.

Mail with confidence. We know postal mail inside and out and have mailed over 300 million documents around the globe. We verify every US address and add tracking barcodes to every US mailpiece to ensure the fastest delivery. Plus, our live-person support is unrivaled! You will never be without a helping hand.

++++ With Mail-it Now you can send ++++
*App-scanned US letter-size and A4 sized documents*
Existing printed documents you scan to the app are reproduced to deliver a high-quality printed copy via First-Class Mail. You can use Apple Notes or your favorite scan app to digitize your document (no desktop scanner required). Your digital file is not shared with the recipient--reducing potential abuse and unauthorized use. And since no physical scanning process is required, even the most fragile documents and pages can be replicated and shared without risk.

*Digital office productivity documents*
Turn your digital documents into real physical mail, with standardized delivery addresses and USPS tracking barcodes on every mailpiece. Simply save your document as a PDF and use the share button to send it to our app. We reproduce your document on high quality digital printers to produce a physical mailpiece that evokes respect--and we mail it the next business day with postal tracking included.

*Digital drawings, writings and artwork*
With Apple’s pencil your iPad Pro can become a sketchpad, a notepad, a diary and an artist’s notebook. And with Mail-it Now your musings, drawings and other by-hand creations can be transformed into printed treasures to be delivered to any address in the world. Now you can sit down and pen a letter in your own handwriting, sign it and add a personalized sketch and then mail it without ever going to a post office.

+++ How it works +++
Scan or select a letter or A4 size document or a legal or A3 sized document to send.
Add a recipient’s name and address, or choose a previously saved address in the app.
Review the cost and proof your document.
Tap to send. We’ll print and mail it the next business day.

+++Delivery times +++
USA: 3-4 business days
Canada: 7-10 business days
Europe: 7-10 business days
Rest of the world: 7-10+ business days

## Mail Reviews in United States

### *---- "So many bugs and issues"
First when you sign up for an account if you login, it just says unexpected error and luckily I thought “maybe it’s because I’ll probably need to verify my email before continuing”. Did that and got into the app. That error code needs to tell you exactly what you need not that just “access denied”. Second, horrible bug if you switch apps when trying to add a recipient resets the whole job. Lastly, when I try to add a recipient it 405 method not allowed. Again generic error codes. I’m guessing maybe I can’t mail to a PO Box? Overall the app is just horrible to use. I should have not ignored the sub 4 star rating and just avoiding it but Reddit praises the service for quick mailing of documents. Fix your app please.
-- Will Curran, 2025-10-02

### *---- "Doesn’t work, don’t bother"
I created a login and then every time I try to click on one of the available services it indicated that there was an internal error. Tried signing out signing back in, and it refused to let me sign into into an internal error. Tried deleting the app and downloading it back and it still due to internal error. App doesn’t work, don’t bother.

### *---- "Too useless"
I kept trying to add a recipient and it kept telling me not allowed
-- phantom48188, 2024-06-01

### ***** "My Go To Postcard App"
When traveling in Europe, I use this app to send postcards to my friends in the United States.I enjoy snapping a picture of where I am writing a short note and then sending it to my contacts right from my phone. No need to stop and look for stamps locally or a local post office. I know I can click a button and they’re on their way to my friends back home. Love this app. Thanks.

### *---- "Wonderful in theory but nit execution"
The app promised to be exactly what I was looking for and unfortunately continue to look for. If it was functional it would be well laid out, straight forward and something I used al the time but as it is now I have yet to find two screens I can transition between either setting up a job or adding money or looking at settings where it fails to load or freezes totally needing to be force quit.also options for sending shown on tutorials and the web site suddenly are not options when processing a job and some job options are not universally known and no explanation of the options is given. But all that could be over come if the app could even get through its own process without falling apart

### ***** "Great app for sending documents via mail!"
I used the app to send beautifully printed copies of a full color drawing my daughter created on our iPad to friends and family. The print quality was just amazing. I received nothing but raving comments. Great way to send documents with high impact. So convenient and affordable!
