mailin turns exported email into an organized, searchable, defensible case file — on your Mac. No account, no tracking.

Import Gmail Takeout (.mbox), Apple Mail (.emlx), Outlook (.msg/.pst/.ost), Lotus Notes (.nsf), or .eml files and mailin builds a fast, structured archive you can search, analyze, and export.

GUIDED JOBS, NOT JUST TOOLS
Pick the job you came to do and mailin walks you through it step by step — saving your work as you go and producing a numbered document you can reopen, export to CSV, and pull into reports.
