## MailShot Pro Description
Easily manage and send email to groups from the app, or share documents directly to groups from other apps, or forward email to a group.

This version of our popular app will create up to 100 groups, each with typically 100 contacts. (Limits depend on your email provider.)

Create groups in many ways: add from Contacts, import an address book group, enter addresses directly, or paste strings of names and addresses.

MailShot creates its own groups, which can do several things which regular address book groups cannot...
• Contacts can use different email addresses for each group. (Add work address to a work-related group, and home address to a sports group etc.)
• Contacts do not need to be present in your address book.

An optional plugin is available to check all the email domains for the addresses in a group, as an error there is a common cause of group email problems. It will also check any new addresses you add.

TIPS
• Protect privacy by placing addresses in the Bcc: line.
• To forward an email (with attachments), “Copy to clipboard" then paste to the address line in your Mail app.

SUPPORT
We pride ourselves on the quality of our support and are always happy to hear from you. Please use the "Support" button in the app, as this includes diagnostic information.

## MailShot Pro Reviews in United States

### ***** "Life saver"
This app is an absolute life saver. Trying to make groups on my Gmail from my computer was an absolute pain. This app is so easy to setup, and I can easily make groups and subgroups on the fly.
-- Basschamp08, 2026-03-29

### ***-- "Search function is lacking"
This app would be so much better if the search function was more versatile. Right now, if you search for a name or email, it shows you which group that name is located in but doesn’t give you the ability to go right to that name. You have to go into the group and scroll until you find it. You should be able to search within a group and it should take you right to the email you are looking for. At the VERY least, the names and emails should be organized alphabetically. They are just thrown in a group.
-- BlueDotAndUnbothered, 2025-11-05

### ***** "Fantastic App"
Love this app. So easy to use. If issues arise the support is above and beyond. Highly recommend. Super pleased.
-- laquintalandman, 2023-03-10

### ***-- "Format doesn’t work."
There’s no way to increase font size. I can’t format my email.
-- Cheryl's iPhone 6 Plus, 2022-12-12

### ***** "Catriona"
This app works great for communicating with a group. I use it for a golf league and it works very well. Peter the developer gets back to you immediately if you have a question or a problem. Both times i reached out to him his quick answer solved my problem. I would recommend this app very highly
-- Catmcder, 2022-03-29

### ***** "Excellent support"
Started using the app to manage my client list. Then recommended to wife to install it on her pad to manage golf women’s club members, since she wants the list readily available when she is at the club, the app was added to her iphone as well. We then noticed the lists between the two devices are not in sync. After emailing the support, Peter promptly provided suggestions for us to try, with Peter’s help, we eventually fixed the problem, now the two devices are perfectly in sync.
It is a hit and miss to get good software support even for pricy ones.
The app is simple and easy to use, for a price of a cup of coffee, you can’t go wrong!
Suggestion for improvement- a simply duplication check will make it even a better app.
-- 2021Ed, 2021-10-02

### ***** "Perfect"
It does perfectly what Apple fails to do.
-- nelhop, 2021-06-15

### ***** "Thank you for all your help."
Many thanks to you, Peter, for all your help in solving my problem with being able to send a group email from my iPad. I’m amazed at your expertise and willingness to spend time, even on Saturday, to help fix this. I love the configuration if your App. and, having previously used another, find it infinitely superior. I’m looking forward to using it for a long, long time. Certainly, knowing that help is always available is fabulous in itself and your caring and dedication is phenomenal. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Ruth Dry North Palm Beach, Florida

### ***** "Pro MailShot"
Heard of this app just yesterday. I wanted to be able to send emails and files to my Google Groups from my iPhone. My larger Groups number up to 200 so involves working with a lot of addresses. I read this inexpensive app should really help and it did. The support was great. I sent a question email and got the answer within a few hours. I am pleased with Pro MailShot

-- Thankful Phil, 2021-04-02

### ***-- "Took two weeks for an email to go out to group"
The only reason I gave three stars is because this is the seemingly the only app to use with an iPad for email groups, which stinks that Apple won’t do better than that so you can make groups in your email and not have to use a third party app to do this. Which doesn’t work so well. Setting it up was easy enough, making groups and such. And maybe the first couple of emails I sent out to my group went out quickly, but now it takes two weeks, sometimes longer. I sent out an email that was urgent on Thanksgiving and it didn’t reach people until at least two weeks later.

This is unacceptable as I paid for the Mail Shots Pro...
