All emails are automatically tracked by default. Get real-time notifications, track engagement, and follow up at the right moment. Why Choose Mailtrack® as Your Email Tracker? • Track Every Email by Default Mailtrack tracks all your sent emails by default. There’s nothing extra to click, no special settings to enable—just send emails as usual, and you’ll get notified when they are opened. • Stay Notified with Real-Time Alerts and Follow-Up Reminders Know exactly when your email is opened and take action at the right moment. Mailtrack sends you real-time notifications when a recipient reads your email, so you can follow up while your message is still fresh. If your email goes unread or unanswered, you'll receive a reminder, helping you stay on top of important conversations and never miss an opportunity. • Track Every Email Open and Measure Engagement Over Time See how many times a recipient opens your email and when they go back to it. If they keep revisiting your message, it’s a strong sign of interest—giving you the perfect opportunity to follow up. • Identify Who Opened Your Email in Group Emails Instead of just knowing that someone opened your email, Mailtrack tracks individual recipients. See exactly who engaged with your message in multi-recipient emails, making it easier to prioritize follow-ups. • Designed for Privacy and Compliance Mailtrack is built with data security in mind. We never store, sell, or share your emails or personal data. Our service is GDPR-compliant and undergoes an annual Google security audit, ensuring your information stays private. Features That Make Mailtrack the Best Email Tracker • Automatic email tracking—every sent email is tracked by default, no extra steps needed • Real-time notifications—know exactly when your email is opened, a link is clicked, or a file is viewed. • Full open history—track engagement over time • Individual tracking in group emails—see who opened your message • Follow-up reminders—get alerts when emails go unread or unanswered • Link tracking—see when recipients click on links How Mailtrack’s Email Tracker Works 1. Install the Mailtrack app 2. Send emails as usual—all emails are tracked automatically, no extra clicks or settings needed 3. Check your Sent folder for tracking details: One checkmark: Sent with tracking but not opened Two checkmarks: Email opened Trusted by Professionals and Businesses Worldwide Mailtrack is used by millions of professionals in sales, consulting, recruiting, and small businesses. Whether you’re following up on proposals, tracking job applications, or coordinating with clients, Mailtrack helps you stay in control of your emails. Privacy and Security You Can Trust Mailtrack follows GDPR regulations (EU 2016/679) to protect your privacy. As a standalone email client it’s just bare bones, for most business users it would not nearly be enough features. The search for a solid mobile email tracker continues …. -- Appman5605, 2025-10-15 ### *---- "Absolutely WORTHLESS" Do not waste your time or money. First they don’t explain all that you have to do until after you have sent emails, which is stupid and will ruin the opportunity to track an important email. Then, it is entirely inaccurate. I sent test emails to my other accounts and it notified me instantly that those emails were read when they were never opened and I never even touched my email. My friend had me sent her test emails and it tracked accurately when she opened hers but never tracked subsequent opens or forwards or anything. It does not work. -- MailsuiteSucksBalls, 2025-09-07 ### *---- "Limited" I have several Gmail accounts on my phone. When I add an account and go back to the sent folder the check marks are gray instead of green like they are with the first Gmail account I added. I want this on my phone to work like it does in the PC browser app with several Gmail accounts. So far this doesn't look usuable on my phone with several Gmail accounts. ***Update: I see now that I have tobooen the app first and switch between Gmail accounts within the app to see the green check marks. All good to go! -- coolpro21, 2025-08-24 ### *---- "Sharing your personal info" It wants access to all your contacts as a mandatory requirement. So unnecessary -- Dean@GN, 2025-07-31 ### ****- "Limited" The app works good as a tracker, but I find it very awkward to send attachments. I wish it integrated with photos better. I can’t even past a file into the email. -- NGTCPA, 2025-07-30 ### ***-- "Pretty close" Works just like Gmail but with integrated email tracking. Only issue is there’s not a way to add your signature when replying or forwarding which I need. UPDATE: Now you can add your signature, but the labels aren’t alphabetical and there is not a way to schedule send emails. Also zoom only works to 110% and then text looks corrupted. Getting closer but still lacking on key features. -- APov418, 2025-07-11 ### ****- "Good" I love it, but I can’t see the photos I already sent it, which has no review. -- MarkNYCusa, 2025-06-09 ### ***** "App is great!" The app is great, I know they just opened so I don’t expect it to be perfect yet but would love if they have dark mode on the app -- Simpoboy, 2025-05-27 [View all Mailtrack reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Mailtrack Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Nigeria | Productivity | #242 | ## Apps Similar to Mailtrack -
