Fails cart checkout often. Have you re-enter all information each time you do a reservation, even your name. $10 fee for making any reservation from app -- Joe bob Joe is awsome, 2024-12-27 ### *---- "Fun Cards won’t load" What’s the purpose of the app when you can’t add fun card and it also doesn’t offer any discounts just a waste of space and data -- KyvetteKakes87, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "Unable to add funcard to the app" I am unable to add funcard to the app nor I can reload the free $5 using my premium pass -- Gchoukse, 2024-11-30 ### *---- "Bad" Will not allow me to add card. Tried multiple times over last few months and never works. -- BrentWBassoonMan99, 2024-11-21 ### *---- "Really bad app. Many games charge money dont work" Fix your app and your card and their integration. Also your games at Columbia MD dont work and deduct points. -- Abm bakar, 2024-10-06 ### *---- "Consistently Frustrating Experience" I've been trying on this app for quite some time now, and unfortunately, my experience has been marred by a recurring issue that makes it almost unusable. Every time I attempt to log in, I'm greeted with an error message. Yes, you read that right - every. single. time. The error message itself isn't particularly informative, simply stating "Authentication failed. Please check credentials." I've checked, double-checked, and triple-checked my login credentials, and I'm certain they're correct. I've tried troubleshooting steps such as: - Clearing the app cache - Checking my network connection - Verifying my login credentials - Restarting the app - Reinstalling the app Despite these efforts, the issue persists. This consistent failure to log in has rendered the app essentially useless to me. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to this critical issue, yet this issue that EVERYONE is talking about they do nothing about it and continue to lack in efforts as there ‘millionaire’s’ with there locations. -- James 1;73822847, 2024-10-05 ### *---- "Not working!!"
