So eine schlechte App. Die Hinterlegung von Zahlungsdaten ist generell nicht möglich und bricht immer mit Fehler ab. Es bleibt zudem völlig unklar, wie man als Maingau-Kunde an den günstigeren Tarif kommt. Am anderen Ende der Leitung der angegeben Hilfe-Hotline ballt sich Inkompetenz. Wie soll das carsharing damit ein Erfolg werden?

### **--- "Im Regen stehen gelassen!"
Für SO.,21.04.24 - 13:00 Uhr ein Auto reserviert. Gegen 10:30 die Reservierung in der App überprüft - alles ok. Zum Vereinbarten Zeitpunkt war kein Auto vor Ort. Service angerufen und die Info bekommen, dass das Auto defekt sei und nicht zur Verfügung steht! Keine Info über die App, Mobiltelefon oder Email erhalten. Somit war der 85. Geburtstag meiner Mutter Geschichte! Zu allem Überfluss hat der Servicemitarbeiter nach einem Sorry einfach aufgelegt!! 
Ausführliche Email an MAINGAU - nach mehr als 2 Wochen keine Antwort.
KANN ICH NICHT WEITER EMPFEHLEN!!!

Vor der Registrierung wird ein Mindestalter von 21 Jahren ausgewiesen. Nachdem man sich registriert hat, eines von 25. Nicht klar ersichtlich, und führt Kunden in die Irre.
