MaintainX Work Orders

Great app for small business. Love it

Out of all the software that I have tried in 20 years of maintenance this is the most powerful yet easiest to use one yet. It is very intuitive and very customizable. The tech team is spot on and always willing to help.

I use maintain x daily to run a maintenance crew inside one of the biggest automotive companies in the world and I am here to tell you that it has made my job so much easier! As soon as I downloaded the app, I got bombarded by call after call of the developers wanting to talk prices. I found out that it would be $50 per user a month ,2500$ a year buddy no thanks

I like the documentation available to be added in the comments. I usually add photos and description of the work that was performed. Have referred back to completed work orders when questions have come up about work performed. Very helpful!

This app serves our rough carpentry service crew very, very well. We used to keep track of all our work order by emails and phone calls and would often miss items we needed to be at. We’ve been using MaintainX for over 1 1/2 years and already created over 2,200 work orders! I knew we had a lot coming in, but wow, not that much! The price is a bit much for the premium plan, but it is definitely worth it. The team even gave us a discount so that why it’s still 5-star deserving! Thanks Maintainx, you have definitely helped out in a big way.

Please allow access to enter, view and complete purchase orders. If it’s already available, please add a shortcut to the main screen of the app. I can’t find this anywhere. I need to be able to use a mobile device to accept in PO’s into inventory when orders come in. Thank you
