This should be quick and simple dedicated to hard work people not all we Software engineers to understand the complexity of your system -- Technology Unhappy, 2025-09-05 ### *---- "Horrible" Not user friendly on a phone at all! You have to constantly go back to a Home Screen to refresh everything. I have used several other property/maintenance work order platforms before and this one is the worst. Trying to do a simple task that use to take 2 steps on a different platform now takes 5 steps or more. The app is always closing and you have to re sign in every time you navigate out of it to look up something else. I’ll have just been in it adding a note and then I go to reference an email and within less than a minute it kicks you out and you have to redo the entire note you already started. Inspections are not streamlined. I’m having an issue where my photos won’t be visible so I’m not sure what images are actually being uploaded into the inspection. I wish I could explain all the problems and I wish I could give it 0 stars. Just don’t. It is bad and takes too much time out of my day. -- jbou962, 2025-05-27 ### **--- "Used to have a lot of problems" I used to have all kinds of issues with this app. Crashed all the time! Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times a day. I was on an android phone. I switched to IOS still have a few issues but nothing like I did on Android. -- Ridiculous app 2, 2025-04-27 ### *---- "Not stable" Glitchy, crashes -- Be malt vinegar, 2025-03-20 ### *---- "Crash" Can’t open, crashes -- Brucelebel, 2025-01-27 ### *---- "Too many problems" Worked better before the update now nothing works always crashes would give it 0 but doesn’t let me -- Junior00pp, 2025-01-25 ### *---- "Ratings are skewed crappy app" There is one five star review listed here yet according to the graph it looks like almost a third of the reviews are five stars. I like most of the reviews give it a one star this app is constantly crashing asking for new password all the time not saving any work losing pictures losing time. It is terrible. -- Do c bunk e in, 2024-12-18 ### *---- "Garbage" This app is terrible!!! -- Don’t Use eVeR!!!, 2024-12-14 ### *---- "Fix your system" App constantly crashes all day long. Doesn’t update with new work orders regularly until hours after they’ve been submitted, ask of I’d like to set up FaceID every time I open the app, and now refuses to except my password that I’ve used since day one. Garbage App -- Yd224, 2024-11-26 [View all Maintenance IQ Legacy reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Maintenance IQ Legacy - [Site Audit Pro](https://apptail.io/app/site-audit-pro-Akb/united-states) - [Inspections by HappyCo](https://apptail.io/app/inspections-by-happyco-THg/united-states) - [Mobile Facilities by RealPage](https://apptail.io/app/mobile-facilities-by-realpage-YRH/united-states) - [HD Supply Easy Order App](https://apptail.io/app/hd-supply-easy-order-app-wBM/united-states) - [Allegion ENGAGE](https://apptail.io/app/allegion-engage-uQQ/united-states) - [SmartRent Community Manager](https://apptail.io/app/smartrent-community-manager-gQgb/united-states) - [Leonardo247](https://apptail.io/app/leonardo247-wxPb/united-states) - [Entrata Facilities](https://apptail.io/app/entrata-facilities-EQPb/united-states) - [SMRT Operations Manager](https://apptail.io/app/smrt-operations-manager-IQPb/united-states) - [Happy Property: Maintenance](https://apptail.io/app/happy-property-maintenance-TrYc/united-states) ## Maintenance IQ Legacy Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/canada) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/australia) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/united-kingdom) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/belarus) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/chile) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/colombia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/germany) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/dominican-republic) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/egypt) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/finland) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/hong-kong) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/croatia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/ireland) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/india) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/kuwait) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/lebanon) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/mexico) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/netherlands) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/philippines) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/poland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/romania) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/vietnam) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/argentina) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/south-africa) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/austria) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/azerbaijan) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-iq-legacy-zVZc/brazil) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
