If your employer moves to Yardi, quit immediately.
This software is completely useless for getting work done. It is buggy, constantly freezes, and stores no data locally, so when you go to restart the app all your data is lost. It takes so much time to navigate through Yardi’s asinine user interface that we end up spending as much time entering data as we do working. It’s absurd. Only someone who has never done a day of work in their life would think to use this trash application.
There is no way the Yardi corporation uses their own software to manage their own workflow, it would be ridiculous. Or maybe they do, and that’s why they can’t seem to get any work done to improve it.
Inconsistent
Got logged out for some reason when I had “remember login” selected and can’t find a link to reset password anywhere.
Needs work
I never review apps. Ever. But this app negatively impacts my productivity in a big way. No notifications, wont let me enter technician notes so I can’t complete a work order, no facial recognition to open app. This needs fixed!!
Lose Productivity
This app has so much potential and it takes up so much of your time. I have it on android and iOS and obviously the iOS version is better but I’m losing productivity with this app the way that it is. I’m forced to give 1 star until I see a big change in a positive way. It feels as tho I’ve logged on to windows 98. It costs money to make changes, so for all the property management companies out there that pay to use this app, you should take that money and put it towards a few upgrades. Damm

I really wish it would just sync in the background. Really really annoying when I leave the app and come back to read a w/o description. Then it starts syncing again.
Also, I have tried everything I can think of but I do not get push notifications when a w/o is added. My coworkers with androids do though.
The worst app ever
This app is horrible to use for work, a constant pain, and always annoying. Without anyone showing you what to do you will struggle to learn how to use the app. Even if you were taught the app offers no opportunity to make adjustments on work orders. This app is supposed to aid me in doing my job but it is quickly becoming the worst part.
Mobile Version not suitable for iPads
When using on iPad the formatting is created for a cell phone.
Awful
Fails constantly, looks like iOS 3 still. Very clunky. Why does it sync sometimes in the background, but 98% will just fail out if it looses focus? Obviously it’s in there but is poorly implemented. I shouldn’t have to force close it all the time to get it to work.
