Not the best layout…. Navigate right back to properties to then drill down. -- Symowallo, 2022-02-18 ### *---- "Inefficient and difficult" Unfortunately the app has all the right intentions however it is clunky, inefficient and difficult to use. Ive found regular instances where there are bugs within. The app randomly crashes I cant view chats and its difficult to see attachments if they even open. -- Versitas, 2021-07-15 ### *---- "Makes managing my property harder" As a landlord, I own 2 properties. One property manager uses this, one doesn’t. I’m thinking of changing property managers because everything is so difficult using this app. I approve things and they don’t get them. -- jasonarena, 2021-06-18 ### *---- "Bugs, keeps crashing" Notes get lost. Communication is awkward. Apps crashes all the time. Junk!!! -- Dorko66, 2021-04-14 ### **--- "Bugs that need fixing" When I click on my property then navigate through to a quote for a job the app automatically closes - must be a bug somewhere that needs to be fixed. -- sjkw76112, 2020-12-07 ### **--- "Doesn’t work with dark mode" The app is useless in dark mode -- thestringman82, 2020-08-24 [View all Maintenance Plus reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Maintenance Plus Discovered Keywords - maintenance plus - a tenant - knocknok ## Apps Similar to Maintenance Plus - [B+A Tenant](https://apptail.io/app/ba-tenant-UZHb/australia) - [i4T Maintenance](https://apptail.io/app/i4t-maintenance-HOqc/australia) - [B+A Trade](https://apptail.io/app/ba-trade-foJe/australia) - [The Beach Hotel](https://apptail.io/app/the-beach-hotel-TArf/australia) - [Payment Logic Personal](https://apptail.io/app/payment-logic-personal-fFzg/australia) - [B+A Owner](https://apptail.io/app/ba-owner-ZZDi/australia) - [MyConnect QuickSnap](https://apptail.io/app/myconnect-quicksnap-kiEi/australia) - [National FM](https://apptail.io/app/national-fm-YIZo/australia) - [Proptech Labs Property Manager](https://apptail.io/app/proptech-labs-property-manager-aoDp/australia) - [AURA RES](https://apptail.io/app/aura-res-TdGq/australia) ## Maintenance Plus Available In - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/australia) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/new-zealand) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/azerbaijan) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/canada) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/czechia) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/spain) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/finland) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/united-kingdom) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/greece) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/israel) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/italy) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/kuwait) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/lebanon) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/nigeria) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/norway) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/saudi-arabia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/singapore) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/slovenia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/taiwan) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/ukraine) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/united-states) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/vietnam) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/maintenance-plus-ahMc/argentina) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
