‘Use website’
I always used app to book the film but now, for the local cinema it says i must use the website and cant book using the app. What useless junk is this?
ไม่เข้าใจว่าทำไมต้องอัพเดตก่อนใช้แอพ
อัพเดตไปก็ไม่เห็นมีฟังก์ชันใหม่ๆเพิ่มมาเลย ทั้งๆที่แค่จะเช็คตารางหนังแค่นั้น

ชอบเวอร์ชั่นใหม่ครับ สามารถชำระเงินได้หลายทาง
อยากให้ปรับปรุงระบบจอง
เวลาจองค่อนข้างน้อย ถ้าจองที่นั่งเยอะ และต้องกด redeem ส่วนลดจากหลาย ๆ ที่ ถ้าเด้งออก หมดเวลาการจอง ก็ไม่สามารถจองที่นั่งเดิมได้ ต้องรอระบบรีใหม่ ซึ่งไม่ทันเวลา redeem ส่วนลดของหลาย ๆ แอพ

ปัญหาการชำระเงิน
ขออนุญาตให้ 1 ดาวค่ะ หลังจากเลือกที่นั่งแล้วไปขั้นตอนชำระเงิน พร้อมทั้งกดแลกส่วนลดด้วยพ้อยจากอีกแอปรอแล้ว พอจะชำระเงินไม่ว่าจะผ่านบัตรหรือทรูมันนี่ระบบแจ้งว่ามีปัญหา ส่งผลให้เสียเวลา เสียพ้อย เสียอารมณ์ บอกตรง ๆ ว่าไม่ประทับใจค่ะ

แลกคะแนนมาเพื่อที่จะใช้เป็นส่วนลดตั๋วหนัง มันระบุว่าต้องซื้อผ่าน App พอแลกคะแนนมากรอกรหัสโปรโมชั่นไปใช้ไม่ได้ เสียดายคะแนนมากๆ App ห่วยๆ
