Andrea Allen is a Fitness Trainer, Nutrition Coach and mom of 4 girls. Even as a Fitness Trainer she struggled with Diastasis Recti & a weak core after her twins and made it her mission to create a safe, inviting and empowering community for moms. She created Make Fit Simple as the ultimate tool to make health and fitness accessible and simple for the everyday mom.
