Description Make Me – Alarm & App Blocker Your phone is already very good at making you do things. It pulls you back with notifications. Keeps you scrolling longer than you meant to. Somehow convinces you there is time for one more video. Make Me turns that same machinery in your favor. Set something you want to do. Pushups. Writing 3 good things that happened today. Squats. Walking. Making the bed. Whatever matters. Until it’s done, the apps you choose stay locked. Need more certainty? Add an alarm that will not stop until you complete the task. Some days motivation shows up. Some days it does not. Make Me is for both. HOW IT WORKS Choose what you want to do Set a goal like pushups, squats, steps, or a custom routine. Lock distracting apps Choose the apps most likely to steal your attention. They stay blocked until you finish. Use your phone’s strengths against itself The same device that distracts you becomes the thing that pushes you forward. Verify completion Complete your goal and unlock your apps. Use movement, steps, or camera-based verification depending on the routine. Set alarms that hold the line Create alarms that keep going until the task is complete. GOOD FOR * Building routines that actually happen * Morning discipline * Exercise habits * Reducing mindless scrolling * Parents helping kids earn screen time * Anyone tired of negotiating with themselves You do not rise to the level of your intentions. You rise to the level of your systems. Make Me helps the system hold. We adhere to Apple's standard EULA: Some features require a subscription. ## Make Me.
