I recently checked in to the hotel in Bangalore where I made a reservation through this app for 2394 rupees including taxes and to my surprise when i casually checked with the hotel the price was 1800 rupees only inclusive of all taxes. Understand there are charges but such huge difference??? Very unacceptable. Would recommend book directly with hotel rather than this app.
