I make a booking yesterday in traders hotel Abu Dhabi with garden or swimming pool view, and I got car barking view. If you get small discount in make my trip they will screw you in the hotel

I booked a ticket from Manila to Christchurch last June 6,2024. I waited for one day as that’s the usual im receiving the confirmed ticket.,But June 7,2024 i still didn’t receive it.,I called the call center to follow up about the ticket but she said i will receive it within the day.But unfortunately i still didn’t receive it., Today June 8,2024 they mentioned that need to cancelled my booking without clear information they just told that they have technical issues thats why they need to cancel..imagine i booked June 6 and they cancelled June 8.I called 5-6 agents and imagine all of them they told that supervisor/manager will call me back and they raise the issue.but what i realize they ate just doing it just to finish the conversation. And imagine i called them to atleast change the timings if they have problem in the first timings of the flight but still they continue the cancellation even im discussing it with them and rhey told me that someone will call me to fix it. and you know guys what they did they still continue the cancellation and the worst part they will refund money but i need to wait.Now tell me Make my Trip management even i inform all of you that it’s urgent booking and i need to book it. But worst part i cant book it again in the same amount the i book in the first place and her flight will be June 21,2024 another worst part all the details she mentioned in her documents is the details of that booking that she send it new zealand..,This is really unacceptable..,Please if someone can help me where i can give complain i really appreciate it.

Hotel list prices 127 AED , once u process the payment showing 160 AED including VAT TAX. I ACCEPT THAT AND I PAID ( then hotel need to pay 36.72 AED) so from 127 AED to 197 AED

Don’t book a flight here they have worst customer service. My experience was a nightmare

I made a reservation for a hotel in London through them, but there was an exceptional weather situation and the flights were canceled and the airport was closed. I contacted them and sent them all the documents and emails from the airline company and the airport in Dubai that all roads were closed, but unfortunately I only got from them a lie that they are communicating with the hotel and the hotel refuses to return the amount. I wrote to the hotel myself and they assured me that this travel agent had not communicated at all with the hotel. I sent them all correspondence and emails from the hotel confirming their understanding of the exceptional weather situation and that they were ready to return the amount, but the travel agent had to communicate with them because the reservation was through them and they are still lying to this day despite Proving this with evidence is unfortunately a lack of credibility and manipulation of the client

I have asked to change our travel date by amending the ticket, and it took them a month to complete the process.

I made my booking through the site which was confirmed immediately and money were deducted for my account. Once I arrived to the hotel, receptionist informed me that they don’t receive any confirmation from the Make my trip. I reached out the customer service and requested to confirm my booking. They requested to wait for 30-40 minutes team will solve the issue and will call me back. After 45 minutes, since I did not receive any call, I contacted customer support again and they requested to explain what is the issue again. After all of this time they didn’t bother themselves to check. The man, who was speaking didn’t have any answers and requested me to stay on hold for 2-3 minutes to check what was the updates. After 11 minutes he told me that I have to wait 40 minutes!!!! Once I asked how can I raise complaint about such terrible customer service, he replied that he has no answer for this question!!! No any response for 1.5 hours? Seriously?

We had booked a bus ticket but had to cancel due to some unavoidable circumstances. We found the process of cancellation to be very smooth and seamless. At first I couldn’t do it on the phone but the link they sent me upon my call was very helpful indeed. The process of booking too was very simple with good options to choose from.
