Very baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad Ticket is refundable after I have booked with a mistake from the app was showing 40kg baggage while I’m booking then ticket came with 0kg no baggage , and customer service is very bad going around and not clear and there is some one her name is shisha hang up the call during I’m talking..

You will not find any local customers service when you try in website or app. Not user friendly.
