Malko fixes that — automatically. You mean to put the phone down. Then it's 1am and you're still scrolling. Malko is a bedtime guardian that locks the apps keeping you up, so falling asleep gets easy again. HOW IT WORKS • Set your bedtime window once — Malko runs it every night, hands-free. • At bedtime, distracting apps (social, video, news, games) go dark. • Only your sleep-safe apps stay open — and only for a short "sleep pass," so you don't fall back into the scroll. • Swap doomscrolling for calmer wind-downs: breathing, meditation, sleep reading. WHY PEOPLE LOVE IT • Set-and-forget — no willpower required. • Beat the 3am phone spiral. • Build a real sleep habit in about a week. • Private by design — everything runs on-device with Apple Screen Time. Nothing leaves your phone. Reclaim your nights. Wake up rested, not wrecked. ——— SUBSCRIPTION Malko Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription: a 3-day free trial, then $29.99/year. A one-time Lifetime option ($35.99, non-subscription) is also available. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
