Parking
Very complicated app especially for the parking
Unable to add credit card
It doesn’t work. Downloaded it for the parking service, but to add a car plate you must enter a credit card which doesn’t work. Tried two different cards and it just gives some error message
Hard to login or creat an acount
Why its so difficult and hard to sing up or creat an acount 🥺
The most terrible app and mall in the world
It is impossible to find a store in the mall, 1 kiosk for a floor. On kiosk the map showswrong. At the same time the app full off ad, but can not call the shop to find a way!!! The call option does not show!! The map does not work an do not show theroute!
A true mall companion
The new iOS update is really amazing, navigation works well helps me when I am lost in the mall. So far I really enjoy the new services provided through the app. Thanks Mall of the Emirates for making my experience in the mall a very good one!
