Penggunaan Data Pribadi tanpa consent
Saya menuntut ganti rugi. Harry CS Mamikos pd tgl 7 meminta review ttg kost, setelah saya submit trnyata itu akan diposting. Saya sudah menolak untuk diposting karena saya kira itu untuk evaluasi personal. HARRY CS mengatakan akan anonim, per hari ini saya iseng cek app ternyata diposting ulasan tsb dengan NAMA jelas saya. SANGAT MERUGIKAN DAN TIDAK PROFESSIONAL. SANGAT KECEWA.

apa apa nambah biaya apa apa denda, kualitas gk worth it. minta biaya/denda aja cepet giliran pelanggan ngurus deposit lama banget itu jg gatau tuh dipotong lagi kali ya?
Pelayanan sungguh mengecewakan
Saya pelanggan kos singgahsini dengan harga yg terbilang tidak murah untuk kost eksklusif saya sering sekali mengeluhkan kondisi AC yg sangat tidak optimal dari awal saya kost baru 4 bulan, sudah 4 kali AC bermasalah dan penangangan selalu lama kurang lebih 3x24 jam dimana sangat tidak nyaman
Memberatkan pemilik kos
1. Fitur chat berbayar yg semakin memberatkan pemilik kos, padahal konsumen chat belum tentu mereka deal dengan kos kita. Kebanyakan hanya tanya-tanya saja 2. Aplikasi yg tidak mendukung persaingan sehat, tidak ada sistem filter yg diterapkan semisal besaran jarak atau sejenisnya.
Kembalikan fitur berbayar seperti dulu!
Saya sebagai pemilik kost sudah pakai aplikasi ini sejak 2020, awalnya sangat terbantu sekali terutama di awal tahun 2022 ketika covid sudah mulai membaik. Tapi sekarang di tahun 2024 mejadi banyak sekali fitur2 basic yang harus berbayar. Termasuk membalas chat, ada goldplus 1,2 dan prime. Belum lagi harus isi saldo agar calon penghuni bisa klik iklan kita. 3 bulan ini saya merasa tidak efektif membayar itu semua, bahkan memakai mamikos prime yang sangat mahal itu tidak efektif. Rasanya calon peminat segitu2 saja. Tolong kembalikan fitur berbayar seperti dulu, cukup membayar saldo saja agar tidak memberatkan usaha kos. Rasanya mamikos skrg terlalu mengada-ngada fitur berbayar. Ribet

Banyak foto” yang bukan realnya salah satu contohnya kost eksklusif graha indah surabay itu bukan realnya saya survey itu hotel reddoor dan gak menyewakan bulanan
Notif spam terus. Ganggu banget.
Sehari bisa 5 notif sendiri isinya full promosiin fitur2 berbayar in app. Terlalu berisik! Bisa ketumpuk deh notif notif personal lainnya terkait kosan yang saya taro di mamikos. Bener2 sampah
