## Man Flow Yoga. Reviews in United States

### ***** "If You Are A Guy"
I have been weight training for 50 years. Add in years of sports and overall abuse of the body and I am a beat up 62 year old man. Enter MFY! After one year following Dean and other trainers, my knees and back are much better. I feel a different, deeper strength than ever before. The mind, body link is amazing. No chants, or middle eastern mysticism just good healthy workouts.

I feel blessed to have found this program. The trainers are amazing, the customer service is top notch. The technical support is very responsive. If you are a guy, you have to give this program a try.
-- Dwalinator, 2025-12-01

### ***** "Best Functional Yoga Trainer!"
If you think you have control of your stabilizing muscles, think again. Dean crushes every plan by ensuring you are building strength from the bottom up. His training is now just for those wanting to do yoga, but truly a well all around men’s fitness app. If you want to become stronger while protecting your joints and pelvic floor, this is the program!
-- JR Richins, 2025-11-23

### ***** "Love it"
Love Dean and ManFlowYoga

### ***** "Rocking Great. Really is the best"
Dean and company know what they are doing. Something for everyone. Great programs. Super app. Years later I am still using MFY daily!
-- Neume1, 2024-05-04

### ***** "MFY is THE go-to app for yoga for men"
Dean and his team have created more than an excellent yoga app for men, they have created a community! Packed with excellent workouts for anyone of any fitness level, Man Flow Yoga has something to offer everyone. His community of users are dedicated, supportive and amazing! I recommend this app to any man looking to increase flexibility, mobility and build strength.

### ***** "Great, no-nonsense yoga program"
I’ve been using Man Flow Yoga for my yoga practice at least three times per week for four years, and I continue to benefit in many ways. What started as a pandemic-era home fitness program for me has now become a permanent fixture in my life. Dean Pohlman’s style is simple and straightforward. He explains every pose and breaks it down clearly so you get the maximum benefit without causing injury.

The app is simple to use, with access to hundreds (thousands?) of training videos filtered by all kinds of specific topics (e.g., body part isolation, duration, levels) and a calendar function for keeping track of your practice.

The videos are engaging and educational without being weighted down by unnecessary storytelling or commentary, which encourages replay as often as you want.

I highly recommend Man Flow Yoga for men (and women) who want an easy-to-follow fitness program they can practice in the privacy of their own home. They can feel confident they’re getting proper yoga training from an expert.

### ***** "Was a game changer"
MFY is the first workout exercise routine I’ve stuck with. I first found Dean Pohlman on YouTube and really liked his approach to yoga. It wasn’t mystical and religious but strength and exercise base. The references and focus was geared toward men which is vastly different from most yoga studios you find out there. Man Flow Yoga isn’t just online videos for workouts. It truly is a community and that is what has made it such a main part of my life right now. I fully recommend it.
-- Triple Rex, 2024-05-03

### ***** "Best on-line yoga for all!"
I am a very happy member of Man Flow Yoga. Dean’s easy to follow and progressive approach to yoga and fitness is terrific for athletes and beginners too. MFY’s additional content includes, but is not limited to overall physical and mental health that I welcome in today’s fast paced world where men ignore these issues. MFY has a knowledgeable and responsive staff. If I have a question, it is answered in minutes. Further content includes ability to attend on-site events. Love it!
-- rfbskate, 2024-05-03

### *---- "Ripoff !"
Be careful !!! They’ll make you put in your info and password and when you continue to the next page, usually a page that will show if the app is free or if you have to pay, this one doesn’t ask ! It will just try to charge you 200 dollars for a year !!!
-- Apple/Mac, 2024-04-23

### ***** "Will be a yoga practitioner for life"
I’ve done a manflow yoga workout every single morning for over a year now. Amazing way to start off the day. Have too many good things to say about the app, programs, methodology, and Dean. I am a life long member. Thanks for all you do Dean.
