The driver canceled my job the night before I wanted to move after I asked him what time would be picked up tomorrow, stating “I have a permanent job I cannot do it” However I've mentioned the day and time in my request. After that he canceled my job I couldn't even rate him and write my review. I also had to pay a lot to find another van on short notice. I emailed support they haven't gotten back to me.

The app is clunky and continuously crashes. Customer service have no basic people skills whatsoever, and rule disputes in favour of the customer and leave you with nothing despite having all evidence to prove being out of pocket due to the customers incompetence. They are so rude and lacking any decency or understanding and have deleted my account due to them not knowing when to be professional. Absolute joke anyway good riddance.

Update: Hardly fraud after driving over 100 miles just for the customer to decide to cancel and the app to then take the customers side and attempt to leave us out of pocket. Whoever runs the customer service needs to get a grip lol.

Paid same day as a driver and able to quote people lovely jobs coming every day, only thing that needs changing is that the app agrees on a price for you to take item so your guaranteed job but this is excellent anyway never had a problem using it payments always on time

I used the app to book a van. They ask for payment before hand so I made the payment. But after the payment, I couldn’t contact the driver and despite repeated messages, I didn’t receive any update. I tried contacting the customer service but unfortunately there’s no one available to respond to you. So in summary- I couldn’t contact the driver nor anyone from the platform. I am yet to get my refund. I suggest checking from google and directly calling rather than relying on this app. It’s not reliable and service is non-existent. Thank you.

Driver failed to arrive -he forgot the job-had to cancel the job as he failed to arrive -company took the money anyway!! Theft

App is absolutely useless as the server is constantly down and every time you try to change things when the server is up for a few mining, bug with unknown error will appear.

He requested me to start an hour earlier the day before because he got a job in the afternoon. I thought it gonna be bad because he would be very rush to get my job done. I have no choice because I had no time to find the other guys to help.
He arrived on time, he checked what I got in my house. But he failed to organise well of how to store them in his truck. He also asked me to put some more on my car. To be honest, the stuffs I got were actually less than what I described. I have also message him before confirmation. So I finally left sth at the house. Lucky the tenancy will be finished 2 days after so I can go back to collect myself!
He wasn’t considrate at all time. When he moved my stuffs, every time my furniture got hit at the wall or something else, he just said it was fine. It was fine for him but not me! And finally my table was scratched! One of my baby toy was found broken as well! 
He complained when he disassembled my furniture. He also complained my bed was so big. Ridiculous! I have clearly mentioned to do all the disassembling and reassembling when necessary, i.e. furniture cannot enter the new house.
He also mentioned my boxes were too heavy. I have been moving house few times in recent years. This was first time I got blamed.
This one was absolutely amazing. When we arrived new house, he complained again my sofa and table were too big, why I didn’t measure the entrance or the size of furniture. I told him that’s why I paid for disassembling and reassembling! He then left my table and sofa outside the building on the wet floor. He said he needed to go to London for the other jobs, and that customer was trouble so he needed to go. He said he would be back at 6 to help me for the sofa and table. Eventually he come back at half 8 and left both furniture outside the building for more than 8 hours. Lucky there was no more rain!
During the time I was waiting for him, I did reassemble the bed frame and wardrobe. He was wasting my time to unpack my stuffs! He was supposed to do all that. At the end I chose to dissemble and reassemble the table because I fed up of his excuse.
I have been very helpful at all time as I described at the post. But I felt very bed while I was helping because he acted like a boss.
In conclusion, it’s been such a nightmare when you paid someone for help. He said he delivered painting at London. In my point of view, he shouldn’t have left to do other job before he finished mine! I have done part of his job and he wasted m
