This app is junk. Useless and never works. When you call customer service they tell you the easiest way to access any info is via the app or website. Well, when you download the app and get through the login process, you get a loading page…and that’s where your journey ends. I’ve let that page load for 4 hours and never got to anything. Don’t waste your time with this app. Make the customer service agents answer your questions. This app is GARBAGE!

Instead of letting me log in at all it tells me I’m unauthorized and doesn’t let me. Account works on the website perfectly fine. Frustrating.

The app will not verify my member number so I cannot log on. Does not work.

If I could issue negative stars I would. This app does not work at all! Keep deleting and reinstall people, we all know this app has never worked!

The screen literally stay white. I just downloaded it yesterday. How do y’all expect us to use it and take care of our business if it doesn’t work?

All I get is white screen

I have to teinter information or a lot of tubes I get a white screen and can’t use it even if I delete the app and try to reinstall it again. I usually just call them instead.

I have not been able to sign in for over 2 months now. Don’t like this app at all
