Feedback on App Performance Issues
I've been encountering some performance issues that I hope can be addressed to improve the user experience.
- App Launch Time: The app takes approximately 20-25 seconds to open, which feels quite lengthy. A quicker startup would greatly enhance the experience.
- Freezing Issues: Shortly after launching, the app tends to freeze for variable periods, making it difficult to navigate or use any features seamlessly. The app becomes temporarily usable for about 15 seconds before freezing again, which disrupts the overall functionality.
- Media Player Glitches: The media player within the app also seems to be affected, where controls like pause and play become unresponsive. Additionally, the Picture in Picture mode doesn't work as intended—the audio continues but the video is not visible.
These issues have been occurring on my iPhone 11, running iOS 17.4. I believe addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the app's usability. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I look forward to future updates (as a dev I do understand your position haha)
