Add a nature soundscape if you like: ocean, rain, or forest. - Flare-up toolkit — Quick relief for the rough moments and clenching episodes: a 30-second jaw drop, a heat-and-cold timer, and a muscle-release exercise. - Symptom journal — Log pain, tightness, grinding, stress, and triggers in a few taps.
