Wherever you are, log on quickly to get your must-haves. Browse through the different collections featured, be inspired by the proposed outfits in each editorial and find what you are looking for by using the size, colour and price filters. Be inspired by all the proposals for the perfect shopping experience.  

Your online shopping bag can be accessed from any device. 

Whenever you log on to our online clothing app with your user ID and password, your items will be saved so that you can access them from any device. When you open a certain item a notification will appear like this: A connection error has occurred We are currently unable to load the content. Please try again or come back in a few seconds. Then I will click retry - but nothing will happen. Been like this for more than a month now or even longer. What happened? Nobody from Mango noticed this? Ty

Have been updating the Mango app - still the same, contents not loading.

so disappointed with Mango-

when i ordered items obviously they were in stock otherwise i couldnt have put them in my cart /bag BUT LO AND BEHOLD delivery 1 arrived and of the 3 items i only got 1!

now it’s labeled ‘OUT OF STOCK’ on my tracking receipt but in the actual store they are labeled ‘NEW NOW’ —

and i got billed for the entire price of ALL 3 ITEMS — not even refunded when— HELLOOO it was OUT OF STOCK SO WHAT EVEN DID I PAY FOR?!

I am angry and disappointed and i thought Mango to be working well and efficiently being in the business for a long time

this is just so messed up and i dont understand and im reading now how their customer support is not at all good. >< DISAPPOINTED. Please sort this out my god what a hassle.

This is the first time im writing a review all because of how disappointed i am with Mango online shop Philippines. I ordered on Jan 25 with delivery in 2 shipments. I received the first one and havent received the second one. Its been a month! Tried getting in touch with customer service but theyre no help at all. 

I would not recommend shopping on the app. Very poor customer service, poor tracking service. I feel ive been scammed because i havent been refunded for both the return i made and the shipment thats been reverted back to Mango because i’m supposedly “unreachable”.

DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SHOPPING HERE.
