Ordered food at 19:45 and it didn’t arrive until 22:05. We rung the shop 2 times asking where are order was and they repeatedly said it would be 5 minutes when there was a 20 minute gap between the calls. Food was ok not worth the wait, wont be going back

Just about 15 minutes ago rang up for delivery they said 2 hours wait said yes that was fine then she said hold the line 5 minutes later still not picked the phone back up could hear everything that was going on in the background I was shouting hello hello 
I know they are busy but it is so unprofessional
