## Mano BTA Description
Mano BTA mobilioji programėlė suteikia galimybę:

 - matyti ir valdyti visus aktyvius draudimo polisus vienoje vietoje;
 - greitai ir paprastai registruoti žalas;
 - peržiūrėti pateiktų žalų būseną;
 - matyti elektroninę sveikatos draudimo kortelę;
 - pasitikrinti sveikatos draudimo limitus;
 - atlikti mokėjimus ir įsigyti naujus draudimo polisus;
 - susisiekti su BTA specialistais;
 - naudotis biometrinio atpažinimo funkcija;
 - gauti pranešimus apie mokėjimus, žalų sprendimus ir kitus svarbius atnaujinimus.

Pirminis prisijungimas prie programėlės vyksta naudojantis banko tapatybės nustatymo priemonėmis.
Vėlesniems prisijungimams galima naudoti asmeninį PIN kodą arba mobiliojo įrenginio biometrines funkcijas – tokias kaip piršto atspaudas ar veido atpažinimas.

Have two major sensitive issues to report:
- life sensitive laboratory analysis/tests cannot be compensate. According to the company policy, tick laboratory analysis/test is not compensated (in my case the tick was infected with Lyme). Also they say the later blood tests analysis to verify the infection is not compensated. Are you serious?
The Lyme disease is no joke

- health coverage package is ridiculous. Main concern here is that when i got the insurance, the package was more or less okay, one year passed and limits on most popular paragraphs got changed downwards.

How can such an app even be released when you can’t even log into it? This is the most basic function. It’s just insane. Also, you ask to set up a PIN code, but then the app doesn’t accept it and says the PIN is incorrect. In the end, it’s simply impossible to access your app. This is just outrageous—how could something like this be released?

I think in order to keep the insurance green enough and reduce the number of paper, it would be really nice if the app had an option to track car insurance information electronically.
