They attempts to charge my credit card every single day since I contacted them on the last day of my trial was ending as I did not have access to any subscription cancellation whatsoever! they responded back to me only once they said the payment did not go through and someone will contact me to cancel the subscription as only they are able to do so! Since then, every day they try to charge my credit and nobody got back to me except automated AI robot !  it's really frustrating very complicated system it took me an hour just to look to find the way to end the subscription( downgrade)  yet I end up to this issue. They attempt $600 annual charge on my credit card every day since I already explained the issue to the customer service ....still in a process if somebody get back to me I already reported this to my credit card and....what a bad experience....
