I subscribed to ManyChat specifically to set up an automatic reply to comments on my Instagram posts. I received around 1,100 comments, but the automation only replied to 33 of them.

This is very disappointing, especially since I paid for the subscription expecting the automation to handle the comments automatically. I would really appreciate an explanation of why this happened and how I can fix it.

The latest update is the worst so far. It feels like you’re using an old website instead of a modern iPhone app.
You also can’t send content directly to commenters anymore.
you have to add a message first, then they need to tap it to access the link, text, or anything else.
On top of that, story automation no longer allows sending photos.
