It was great being able to see a doctor from bed while sick. But they’ll make you subscribe at $90/month (who goes to the doctor every month?) and cancelling is impossible. No setting to cancel, you have to go through an agent. Agent will tell you there is a setting, when you leave to check you get disconnected. Auto bot chat puts you in a loop. Wait for a new agent is 20 mins. Likely on purpose. Greedy greedy

A diagnosis was issued without gathering any pertinent information. There was no conversation if I didn’t advocate for one, and no discussion of what patient had attempted or experienced. This represents a severe failure in the practice. If I didn’t have any other option at the time I would not use the service.

This app is a complete rip off. They charge $90 to join. Only to have a physician speak to you via text. Never had a video or phone consultation. Refused to start the text chat unless I sent him a picture of my son’s health card so I suspect the physicians are charging OHiP for a consultation fee as well as getting paid privately by Maple. And without ever speak or looking at my child, stated, I can’t dx or treat over this app. You need to go to your family doctor. Obviously I’m using this service because I can’t access a my family MD on Boxing Day! Maple has refused to grant me a refund. Do not use this service!!

Signed up to talk to somebody about my persistent cough and mild runny nose.  No consultation at all.  Received a text to call 911 and proceed to my hospital emergency.  If this is the type of “consultations” provided, the company should be labelled a scam.  If it is serious enough to send me to 911, maybe it is worth a 2 minute consultation to explain why emergency treatment is needed for my cough.
