Problems with subscription
I paid for subscription, but can’t do anything, because have map limits and can’t cancel it. How it possible? What I have to do with my account?

Приобрёл в декабре 2024 про версию для поездки в Европу. Минусы: постоянно вырубается контроль скорости по знакам, часто зацикливаются голосовые подсказки, три раза говорит поверните налево, а на дисплее указывает ехать в другом направлении. Плюсы: зашла ночная тема.

Настолько склонять к покупке Pro-версии - это уже перебор.
Попытки склонить к покупке Pro-версии превращаются в бред. Сначала ограничили количество бесплатных карт до 10, допустим. Но когда при обновлении бесплатных карт начинается искусственное замедление скорости закачки до скоростей времен ADSL, то есть большое желание удалить приложение и пользоваться бесплатными конкурентами. Маркетологи, удачи в "продвижении"!) Уже не стоит Maps Me столько, сколько вы хотите, даже с 30-процентной скидкой, увы.
Every year it gets worse!
I have been using a hologram for many years. There was a wonderful free pedestrian navigator. I'm using the paid version now - the support service is terrible. No one solves the problems with the application. A lot of additional functions are not needed. And the basic functions don't work well.

Не всегда корректно работает. Нет новых дорог на карте Польши в частности. Так как нет альтернативы, пользуюсь. Порой странно прокладывает маршрут. Пропадает голосовой помощник. Может молчать, потом говорить. Особенно « удобно» когда приходишь в магазин. Из плюсов, отлично проложил и провел из Кракова через всю Словакию, до Шиафока. Когда едешь в Варшаву в направлении Кракова, один маршрут. Едешь обратно, другой.

Purchase
I have been using maps.me since 2014. That same year I purchased the app (27/08/2014, Order ID - MGY4G1T2WT) After updating the app I cannot restore the purchase. Do I understand correctly that the subscription I purchased is no longer valid? The support service is not responding!!! The app rating needs to be downgraded!
