I have paid my annual Pro subscription is paid for but I cannot access maps.me maps on iOS on my phone. How can this be sorted?

Easy to use and no need for internet access :-)
use organic map app instead
I have used maps.me since 2014 - and until recently were one of their biggest fans… would have given 5/5 stars…. About 4 years ago the app was sold - & is being taken in a new direction…. & we were asked to pay a subscription. This I did - & I used to log into my account using my phone no. They changed this - so I am no longer able to log into my account & make use of the $$$$ I’ve paid. Contacted maps.me support 5 months ago - but have had zilch assistance. I’m now ditching maps.me & going to use Organic Maps app…

Why have you changed your way of offering your app? You were always a great free app and I am/was a loyal customer and now you are asking all your many customers for lots of money! I have over many years enjoyed using maps.me over the whole world and now for me to continue using maps.me you want to me to pay a lot of money! I have downloaded many many different country maps on my mobiel and now I cannot update any of them, not even one single map! All these changes are big problems! Maybe I should look for a free alternative to maps.me. Will you please tell me why you have made all these very customer unfriendly changes?
Difficult
Finding it difficult to navigate the app
App doesn't work, no reply from support
Its been over three weeks and still no reply from support after contacting them 3 times. I spent $99.99 on pro version of this app and use an Iphone 14 pro max. Do not make the same mistake I did! This app is no good and the company does not respect it's paying subscribers.

It’s a good app, with free offline maps. Well, it used to be. Now you have to pay a significant subscription fee to have more than a couple of offline maps. No thanks. No money gouging.
