DO not trust them on refund. Before purchasing their membership their agent will say - “ If you don’t get the results will refund you” I also bought their membership used it for almost 3 months. But didn’t get any results so after my membership expired I applied for refund And they started giving the reasons which they never told me. Otherwise the app is good like any other matrimony app.
Paid plans are too expensive compared to competitors and I would have also been frustrated with their incessant calls if I hadn’t stopped responding to calls from unknown numbers. But what made me just delete my account and post a review is a mail from them saying that their phone privacy policy has changed to unhide contact numbers belonging to free accounts meaning that unless you give in to their demands and pay up, your privacy can be compromised and anyone can get your number. This simply doesn’t sit well with me.
I am unable to login with my credentials inspite of them being correct. It always shows invalid. Not able to login via otp either. I need to delete my account now that I don’t need it.

I literally NEVER write reviews on App Store but this app has legit forced me to take out my time and write this. Imagine the amount of frustration that I’ve gone through to operate this app that I have to come here to write a REVIEW! This app has ‘N’ number of technical glitches! Worst worst worst interface ever! I have never operated any app with such a bad interface! I was writing a feedback to the help centre about the glitch when a candidate’s profile had shown interest in my profile, and it just popped on my screen taking over the activity that I was doing and when I go back to the feedback section it was blank! Imagine the 20 minutes of feedback that I had written for the first time ever vanished into thin air! I can’t even start to mention the problems that this app has! TO THE DEVELOPERS - FIX THE GODDAMN BUGS AND WORK ON A BETTER INTERFACE! MIGHT AS WELL CROSS CHECK THE APP ONCE BEFORE LAUNCHING IT! THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN RATING IN NEGATIVE TOO BECAUSE 1 RATING DOSEN’T DO JUSTICE TO THE APP!
