I have tried several times and I cannot put the app on my Home Screen, it will only allow me to open it in the app screen! Very annoying

I would give it negative stars if I could. When I try to make an appointment the logo just spins until eventually an error message pops up and says “an error occurred while processing your request.” This happens no matter what. If I am in corporate WiFi, private WiFi, or using my cellular connection. I am sick or having to use this app for my health care. I don’t have to pay a copay to visit this provider, but at this point, I am visiting a different provider where I have to pay a copay because I can’t even make an appointment.

This app’s scheduling capabilities are the worst. My company switched to Marathon over a year ago and I have never once been able to successfully use the app to schedule an appointment with my doctor for a checkup or prescription refill. All of my prescriptions lapsed months ago and it has affected my health. I just tried again this morning and, surprise, the app just sits and spins when trying to find an available appointment week by week. I have never been so frustrated with an app.

Was fine, now it crashes when trying to schedule an appointment. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, still no luck. Its my employer onsite clinic too so this is the main way to schedule. Total bummer right now.

It freezes my phone and won’t let me close the app, the only way to close is to delete it. This is a recent development but I’ve always had a hard time when I try to search for providers on the app.

Not sure how any software developer missed that messaging doesn’t work at all on IOS…? Generally laggy performance, may take 20-30 seconds to update appointments. Very poor application.

This app is so terrible that I’m actually looking for a new primary care physician to one that doesn’t use this app. They just moved everything over to this app and nothing works. Can’t request refills, errors all the time, sometimes it’ll give an error message saying I can’t login but it logs in anyway. It always just tells me to call the 888 number for assistance because it never works.

This app lags and locks up. Even using prior iOS systems. I like the convenience of an app, but in this case, I would rather use my web browser to access Marathon Health.

I keep getting the message saying something went wrong.

App looks very appealing,however I can’t even log in without getting an error message. Has bugs that need to be addressed
