Tried to rent me a property that’s not available. Doubled down when pressed. Place was in escrow I found out later from the managers of the property.

I’ve been using Marble for my rental property. The app is easy to navigate but it shows exactly what you pay for. It’s evident that they are still working out the kinks. I do not like how I speak to different reps when I ask question or when I do ask a question about a previous conversation, the rep has no idea what I’m talking about.
If you are a landlord, prepare to receive deposits late. Overall, not the best experience.
Was really hopeful w/ the product but both the app and paid service is absolutely terrible. I have 11 homes and tried the $50/month service for a couple of them and the SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FOR BOTH TENANTS AND LANDLORDS, they don’t solve problems but CAUSE them due to miscommunication, delays and not closing issues w/ tenants. Will be going back to a professional property manager, not some gimmick run by a bunch of kids. The app is Uber buggy as well. F-
Very glitchy.
Don’t waste your time. Only has option to chat with the Marble team. When you need them the most it usually take a little to get a hold of.
So far my experience with the marble app has been poor on every level. First it was difficult to find the property listing I was applying for — the listing had the address out of order and my search with the correct address wouldn’t pull up the listing. Then I was redirected to a third party service that required me to fill out the long rental application including histories of rental addresses, provide docs for proof of employment, etc on my phone. This step, involving lots of typing, seems obviously more appropriate for a desktop app. Next I had many issues with the code provided for linking my profile to our lease (e.g. code failure, suddenly logged out of my account and unable to log back in). Once that was resolved, my due rent amount was incorrect and the due date countdown was also incorrect. While I appreciated the easy bank account linking via plaid, it’s disappointing that there’s no option for autopay. The UI is clean and simple but missing practical responsiveness and tidiness. Whenever you press a submit button there’s no indication that the button press was successful. I would usually expect some sort of loading modal or pop up to indicating something is happening. Also the automatic name chosen for the bank account I linked was too long and overlaps with an arrow icon. Small thing, but I’d generally expect an option for adding a bank account nickname. I will say the support team has been responsive to my issues, but as of now I find the application glitchy and in need of work.
Pretty neat product! Was able to get help from the Marble team from beginning to end, very helpful. Found a tenant within 2 weeks
Wow! That’s all I can say. They are smooth efficient. Their UI is great, some playing around with things but their support team has your back. As a owner this has helped me out with my rental management 5 times over. !! 10/10 this is an AMAZING service.
Great App; easy to use for both tenants and landlords!
