I purchased this softwear 5 days ago.cutomer support is like hell Sales person not receiving calls.if I am calling to customer care they don’t give any appropriate reply.please stop using and purchasing this type of software.they are like fraudsters

Once your payment is done the service of the sale executive and back end team is very bad and would give negative rating to them app.

Hello Guyz I was already using there earlier software Marg erp (for more then 5 years) which is like 100 times better then this Margbooks. I got a call from sales person he said your banks will be also reconciled plus made many other promises. After buying the software I was made aware that only ICICI bank reconciliation can be done. This is one part. Secondly, there web database and mobile app data doesn’t match. I made a complaint about it they said they are working on it and after one week the said they have sorted the issue. But when I saw the data same problem is there. I said refund my money they said they don’t have that policy neither they will solve my problem. I don’t want to use this foolish software , refund my money back else I am going to consumer courts now.

I was a user for margerp from last 15 years. The marg erp is best software. But in march end I thought to opt to marg books. I have 6 firms. I purchased software on 28th march from sales person Mr Prince. He committed me to migrate our marg erp data to margbooks. I mailed the data to him on the same day. Till 5th April my two firms data was migrated but not perfectly. I called him for other firms data migration he took time till 15th April and then stopped receiving my calls. On speaking to call Centre they told its not possible to migrate other firm data due to multi unit. They told to discuss with sales person. I called him to just make my both migrated data perfect he took my data yesterday and blocked my number. Now I m calling call Centre they are also not connecting him and his call is received by others and telling he is busy will call later. Management is requested to help us

They’re careless, unhelpful, and just plain bad. The positive reviews you see seems to be paid/fake. I pen this review with frustration brewing over 6 months of patience extended to the Margbooks team to set up their software. I hope this review may save others from the nightmare we've endured with Margbooks. What started as a hopeful investment quickly turned into a series of frustrations and setbacks, leaving our business in disarray. Upon the purchase of the software, we encountered significant delays during the setup process. Margbooks' support team took a staggering 30 days to address basic issues related to barcode and invoice design, essential components for our apparel business. Even after this prolonged period, the barcode parameters were still inaccurate, requiring an additional 30 days to fix. As if that wasn't enough, we encountered further obstacles with the bulk upload template for ledger and item creation. Despite reaching out to Margbooks' support team for assistance, our calls and messages fell on deaf ears, leaving us stranded for a whopping 3.5 months without proper software functionality. This forced us to resort to archaic manual billing methods, causing a significant backlog in our company operations. Despite constant reassurances from the support team that they're "evaluating the issue," we've yet to receive any concrete answers or timelines. The support staff, Instead of addressing our concerns, deleted our company data without our consent, leaving us in disarray due to loss of previous data. Post-sales support, promised by Amit during the sales pitch, is non-existent. He's conveniently unreachable, washing his hands of any responsibility once the deal is sealed. Attempts to escalate our issues with senior leaders - Mr. Rishikesh Varma and Karan and Mr. Anup, the director, have been met with silence. It seems the indifference trickles down from the top. Fellow business owners, stay away from Margbooks. Their incompetence, delays, and lack of accountability have cost us more than just the 3 years subscription price of 25,750. Go with them only if you are ready to drain all your energy, time and money. Instead invest in a company that values its customers and delivers on its promises.

I have taken the software on 22nd Feb and today is 5th April still I am not able to use the billing before paying them they use to call again and again and there executive use to reply my calls and they even came when we called them but after paying them there is no customer support and now the executive suddenly became very busy not answering calls . WORST EXPERIENCE WITH MARG
