## Margaritaville Island Reserve Reviews in United States

### **--- "User un’fin’dliness"
Expected a much more user friendly app in a world where technology is accessible (and expected!) with a brand like this. Disappointing!
-- TreebeTreebe, 2024-12-03

### *---- "Great resort, useless app"
The app does not have any useful functionality. Every option says to use the chat button, which is not operational.
-- rgl52, 2023-05-09

### ***-- "Easy Access"
App does what it’s supposed to : gives a rundown of services /places/ menus.
-- Jtedb, 2023-02-19

### **--- "Good food, bad beach"
This app is TERRIBLE. It’s not functional, but you have to download it for the restaurant menus. The food was good. Restaurants were never so full we had to wait. The beach was concrete, confusingly. Although you can walk a little bit to get to sandier shores. There’s a point system for the mini bar (there’s a little shop for soda and beer) which is also confusing. You really don’t have enough points to really buy anything good.
-- Mle5615, 2023-01-03

### *---- "bad experience"
Awful experience….. Very rude customer service

would not go back… point system is very dumb
