## Mariana Tek Biz Reviews in United States

### **--- "Glitchy"
The last couple of months the app is always glitchy whenever I go see the past class schedules.
-- JomalaKamala, 2025-11-11

### *---- "BAD for Business app"
Always have problems login in, problems reloading, problem in twitches.
-- PTEPILATES, 2025-10-17

### ***-- "Multi-user Miss"
Please make a toggle between studio locations. Signing completely out and back in is a pain!
-- Goodie Getter, 2025-07-30

### *---- "Glitch and they won’t fix it"
The app has a weird glitch where I can’t see my work shifts. They have no time frame for when it will be fixed.
-- JaneDoe1324, 2025-06-12

### **--- "No CRM access is stupid"
It’s really unfortunate you can’t manage your CRM from the app. Being able about to message members on the go should be a no brainer.
-- That guy1123, 2025-05-13

### *---- "Stuck"
I can’t get pass the “choose location page”. It’s a blank page with nothing to click.
How am I suppose to log in? Please help.
-- Llieda, 2025-04-23

### *---- "Horrible"
Deleted and downloaded app twice and can’t get past the choose location screen it totally freezes
-- Hippy2018, 2025-02-06

### *---- "Still Glitchy. Still Mad."
Super glitchy. Click on one class and another class entirely will open. (Among other things) Still mad be left MBO. Not worth the switch. It’s been years and still very few improvements to both mobile and desktop platforms.
-- ElleB72515, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Still no useful updates"
On the desktop version there should be a way to enlarge the photo without clicking on the entire profile (update: still not a feature). The pictures are so tiny you cannot see them. What’s the point of getting photos of clients if you can’t see the photos? On the app version you can’t see the whole week you’re teaching, or any upcoming classes (update: still unable to view other days or weeks to easily see your schedule). It doesn’t seem like the developers know what the purpose of the system is supposed to do or have stepped foot into a space that would use this product.
-- tiger56679, 2024-08-19

### **--- "Adapting to MT"
My studio switched over to MT from mindbody and I am struggling to adapt. While the app is aesthetically pleasing, I don’t find it to be super helpful. Would love to be able to see a monthly calendar view of classes (or even weekly!). I see you have just added the clock in/out feature on the app- wild to think it wasn’t there originally. Seems like the biz app is mainly for checking people in, as an instructor I would like a more comprehensive view of my classes. Would love if MT made the biz app more user friendly and useful.
