Η εφαρμογή δεν «ανοίγει»
Μετά την τελευταία ενημέρωση της εφαρμογής (έκδοση 4.1.4), η εφαρμογή δεν «ανοίγει» σε iPad με ios 12.5.7. Σε iPhone με iOS 17.4.1 η εφαρμογή λειτουργεί κανονικά. Update: Το πρόβλημα λύθηκε με την έκδοση 4.1.10.

A lot of bug’s recently
Since the acquisition by Kepler I notice a lot of bugs during using the app for more than 5mins . Sometimes I can’t see pictures because it can’t load and sometimes I can’t at all enter the data of a ship because is loading for ever ! Please fix that !
Great on vessel tracking but poor support
This application is unique in its kind, as there is no other offering so many features and services. The problem, however, is that customer support, especially for subscribers, where subscriptions are so expensive, is inadequate and minimal. It is unacceptable not to have a dedicated account manager for subscribers and the only means of communication to be via chat or email, where they have been particularly poor specially since being acquired by KPLER.
A PERFECT SITE TO KNOW WHERE SHIPS ARE!
Living in a country where life depends on marine traffic it has become an indispensable everyday tool, especially for us living on the islands.
