I’ve been having a hard time with other apps not creating the ids properly for headings to be able to link within the document easily. As this mentioned MultiMarkdown specifically I hoped it would solve my problem but it didn’t. It renders toc_## as the id for each heading so [links](#to-a-header) don’t work since it doesn’t match up with the html header id.
