Then they take over you our email in order to control your account and do a terrible job. They will not release my email back to me so I can’t use it as I have always used my email and I am forced to use a terrible app. The app crashes constantly. email alerts come through to my phone telling me I have received email but they don’t show up in my inbox. You cannot toggle between emails once you have opened an email you have to back out and go to the Next email instead of trying to advance as you can everywhere else, the company refuses to release my email so I can use it as I have always used it and doesn’t care whether or not you remain a client with them or you don’t. They do not deliver the product as advertised and there are hundreds of other complaints online saying so. It’s a total waste of your time and money. I only got three email leads (duds) after hours and hours of begging for an entire month to get the campaign running. Worse than Zillow! They at least deliver leads! When I open the clients file it doesn’t not allow you to view the properties they have saved or like within the app. The app simply shuts down. I’m just getting aquatinted with this platform but this bug being repaired is a necessity.
