### *---- "I have canceled my subscription, yet they are still charging me."
The features are locked, and I can only access them on a computer, which is quite inconvenient. I discovered the cancellation option only after asking customer service, and the text is intentionally very small. Most importantly, the analysis results are not worth the price, and there are no dedicated instructional videos available.

On the positive side, the customer service is very polite. Unfortunately, the system isn't suitable for me, and while I don’t want to use it, I won’t receive a refund. What is the point of an extra week of trial?
