In the age of AI, these guys have brought an app which runs for one hour then goes bust for two hours. Totally pathetic customer service wherein the ticket is resolved automatically without even reverting back to the customer. If you can’t access the website, the app then what is the use of paying premium price for their services. Totally useless, don’t buy it even for 1000/- rupees..worthless..

This is an ad company more than a market research company. Imagine if half of your screen as a paid customer was always filled with ads to renew at discounts claiming to be ending in 24hours or last min and then they show up every day, 24x7. The banners keep changing the colour and size and then you get a random popup with the same ad covering the whole screen. All of this when during market hours you are trying to get some value of the overpriced product. 
Once the market ends they start the same ad for webinars. Same content everyday. 
Please look for alternative apps if u want a focused market research. Pathetic. Beyond belief pathetic.
