On 12/12/24 , the os crashed and I had to reinstall it. Since I lost the back up , I had to set it up as a new device. Since then , I am unable to log in , stating I had exceeded the device limit. I wrote a mail to marrow support on 12/12/24 , but I didn’t get a reply. Then I called the service centre on the evening of 13/12/24. They asked me that legal team will help me out. A mail came asking why I changed the device ( which I didn’t) , details of old and new device. I send the same on 13/12/24 at night. Today , on 14/12/24 , I got a mail, asking details of the device again , I replied to the mail. Till now (7:33 pm on14/12/24) , my issue has not been solved. It has been 2 days. That’s a huge time in this technologically advanced era.
